Do not rent at 34 Eden Lane or deal with Progressive Building Management. They don't return calls or emails only respond when you involve a lawyer. We've been dealing with Peter Johnson at the company, who has been completely unhelpful when concerns are raised and even blocked our phone number to avoid dealing with us. The building is poorly constructed, and ongoing noise issues from neighbors above. Overpriced for what you get!
I had an absolutely terrible experience with The Progressive Company and their management of Mountain Ridge at Sussex. From the start, I was misled about the unit’s amenities. The listing clearly stated a washer and dryer in-unit and new appliances, yet when I moved in, none of that was true.
