I could not be happier with our new bathroom!!! Not only the delivered product is absolutely stunning, but the whole process was seamless, from start to finish (which from my experience is rare). Communication was excellent, every single person that attended the site was punctual, respectful, knowledgeable and skilled. All the admin staff was also very helpful and nice. Leigh, our site supervisor was fantastic, so were Pete, Dylan and al I commend the team for their commitment and work ethic (too rare to be left unnoticed)

Look no further, these are the guys you want for your reno. Progressive is a professional, well managed company with an experienced and thoughtful team. They will positively contribute to getting you the best end result, there is no cutting corners or nickel and diming you at every turn. We had a great experience with progressive bathrooms from start to finish. From the initial contact and quote with Nicole, who sat down and went through the process with me and put my mind at ease, to the design and build stage with Jeshan, Matt and Leigh and the rest of the team. Great communication throughout, nothing was too much trouble and everyone was very professional and approachable, and patient with our last minute changes or requests. We could not be more thrilled with the team’s professionalism and excellent communication. They were always happy to explain the process and we never felt in the dark. As first time renovators, we certainly had lots of questions! The team was punctual and they felt like part of the family. We will actually miss them! I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. We love our new ensuite.

Just finished phase 2 of our bathroom renovations. Our renovation, the main bathroom, followed by the en- suite. We are absolutely delighted with the high quality results, which is fabulous.
