My shower recess was in urgent need of retiling and I decided it was time to give the whole bathroom and toilet a facelift. I could not be happier with our new bathroom!!! Not only the delivered product is absolutely stunning, but the whole process was seamless, from start to finish (which from my experience is rare). Communication was excellent, every single person that attended the site was punctual, respectful, knowledgeable and skilled. All the admin staff was also very helpful and nice. Leigh, our site supervisor was fantastic, so were Pete, Dylan and al I commend the team for their commitment and work ethic (too rare to be left unnoticed)

Of the 8 quotes and design ideas that I obtained in my search for the right bathroom renovation for me , the only person who understood my need for aging in place, for disability access was Tania from Progressive bathrooms and renovations .(PBR). I cannot recommend Nathan and his team enough. From the consultation process to the final results, Nathan and his team delivered a professional, positive experience.
