My 5 stars are for the Cypress St location. The only branch I will use. From the time I walk in from the time I leave each worker goes above and beyond to help. They feel like family! I know if I have an issue arise they are on top of helping me find a solution. Love my cypress street bank!
I absolutely love this bank! I am more than just person that has an account and they treat you like family!! The customer service is out this world and always help whenever asked!
Horrible fees but great employees. Corp office decided to triple my monthly fees with no advanced notice. Not happy at all
