I was having issue with AC safety switch. I called progressive services on federal holiday and they sent a technician on same day. Adam is really good and able to fix the issue with in minutes. He stayed at the location until I feel that the issue is resolved. Tiffany helped me with scheduling the appointment and she was able to schedule the technician visit based on my availability.

Id like to thank Adam H, he came in and instantly found the problem and offered a few solutions to prevent this from happening in the future, even had all the info I asked about a whole new unit to replace my original one which i will be doing in the near future. He's amazingly knowledgeable and helpful. Definitely would rated his professionalism a 10/10
