EDIT: I just received a reply in which I can't even defend myself. It doesn't matter that Kylee and I are longtime friends. I specifically asked you if you had curly girl products and was never instructed to bring my own products. I also know you called me "crazy" after my appointment. You are completely unprofessional. I have had blowouts here by numerous stylists and each one is professional and talented. The owner, Stephanie, is wonderful and very skilled. The Salon manager, Jean, is extremely kind and lovely every time she greets me. I love coming to this salon and highly recommend it to everyone!
I was so upset I am just writing this review today. I went there to get my hair colored I worked by the salons so I said let me just give it a try since I been coloring my hair myself for years. I called the progressions and they said in order to color my hair they needed to do a color test for allergies sensitivity. So I did that and I went before I started work and had that done and check color match as well. I agreed so the day I went to get my hair colored no one was in the the salon only two workers. My daughter got a layers haircut and is so happy with the results as it was her first haircut ( teens are very picky so it is really surprising). The stylist was also helpful with recommendations on the care, which is really important for my daughter who is a swimmer and spends 2 hours in the chlorine water daily.
Terry Anne did an amazing job! I had an idea and she improved upon it. Love the cut!
