My daughter has been getting care here for a while now. It started as school based then when she stopped going because of mental health issues then it turned into telehealth services. Her therapist is perfect for her, he kind of knows when she's full of it or when she truly needs help. I couldn't thank him enough.
Hard to get a hold of anyone and they never call you back...awful service
Beth Scherer was far from professional. As for being someone answering calls and scheduling she was possibly one of the rudest most condescending individuals I've had to deal with in particular for a therapists office. Strongly don't recommend calling them because I can sure as she assured me there's a wait and your not important.
The office is being run poorly. The staff themselves have been nothing but helpful but they can only do so much. When i fist started it took me 3 months to be seen by my therapist for a second time because they always had training on my scheduled day. After my therapist and i changed my life around to fit into the schedule her and i made it work.Then she quit and i fell through the crack because they didnt have a replacement for me, meaning no more therapy or medication so i went through withdraw and had to leave the company... read more
