This place rocks and I'm speaking from experience. I used to be a bike mechanic and also raced DH as a Jr Pro. Pros: 1. Respectful and courteous 2. Knowledgeable about everything they're selling (Compared to let's say Evo, which has gone way downhill. Progressive has been servicing my bikes for several years now Matt the owner is awesome and stands behind his work and his employees. I recently and a problem with a dropper post that they serviced back in December. I didn’t start riding until a few weeks ago when the problem started. Matt could not figure out how to solve the problem in time I needed it, instead of saying sorry he said let see if I can barrow one from another bike.
