The only good thing I can say is about his home therapist Tiana other than that this place is terrible. How can you be dealing with children and be such an awful establishment? For one, you can never get a hold of anyone or a call back. An email will be responded to but it usually states "I sent that to so and so and they should be reaching out to you" and that NEVER happens. Gina is wonderful! She was the only therapist my daughter had that actually took time to do activities and try to get her to open up. Front desk was always kind and very helpful as well.
I have been with Malvern/Progressions on and off for years now. At first everything was fine beside the occasional rude lady at the front desk BUT since I have been with them I have been with 3 different therapist that just up and left, giving very short notice. Do you know how stressful and overwhelming it is to keep having to start over, start from the beginning of your very traumatic life???? Not once, not twice but THREE TIMES!!!!
