Therapy has been a game changer in my life! I’ve been to a few therapists and coming here is where I feel safe to be me outside of me. Everything that I am is released here and I feel safe and seen! I could write a book. I won’t but just know my kids come here too and they love it!
Today makes 3 weeks since Ive heard from my clinician, 4 weeks since my last appointment. My last text was never responded to. I even did an appointment request on the website almost 2 weeks ago and still nothing. I replied to the appointment reminder text with “reschedule” as I would not have been able to keep the appointment that was set. It is worth noting that I did respond within the 24 hours that is required. Therapy is the last place you should feel your business is unimportant.
This place helped me more than I thought was possible! Bre has literally changed my life and for that I am forever grateful! Dealing with the weight of childhood trauma and anxiety made some days unbearable but working with Bre helped me. I hate that she is gone but I will never forget what she did for me in the time that she read there. Thank you Bre!
