$935 in move-out charges, ontop of the 900 to get my lease taken over. absolutely ridiculous. our dishwasher & my roommates lock was broken the entire year. I had an awful roommate experience which they refused to address besides telling me "safety is a feeling", my car with really special valuables got broken into and they never sent the footage to the cops. As an employee, the managers refused to automate the simplest tasks so we couldnt spend more time helping residents. not to mention how incredibly thin the walls are an... read more
Awful move out process, they try to pull every penny out of you, staff had made me cry on multiple occasions!! Would not recommend to my worst enemy!
The staff here is excellent and super friendly. Maintenance was able to address any problem we had super quickly. The grounds are well maintained and the landscaping is beautiful and always clean. Living here has been amazing so far and I would highly recommend it for any students looking to live off campus but still close to school!
Gabbi helped me so much with getting my lease ready she answered all my questions and was a god send. If you ever have any questions go to Gabbi she’s great.
