Labor and delivery are amazing with wonderful staff. But ER needs help, staff is rude and the place is disgustingly dirty. My nurse came to get me through the ER side door and the first thing I saw was a cockroach by the door.
Was seen right away after finishing my paperwork as I was a 1st time patient and the Doc was friendly and personable. He took the time to make sure I had no ??'s about my upcoming surgery.
