The women at the front desk, specifically Therese were rude, They didn't seem to understand what their job actually was. One lady was more concerned about moving flowers around than guiding us to the womens center. Therese conplelty ignored myself and my husband. After the first women walked past us with flowers and told us to" hang on ". A nice blonde women came out of a door way and walked us to where we needed to go while Therese sat at the desk. Wife severely sick nurse never came into room except luje 3 times and when she did gad a attitude and that's cause we hit the call light cause my wife was Visibly crying out in pain and asked for meds they was in no rush but could here then just talking at the station the one who answered the call light intercom kept hanging up on us and thr the monitor was going off cause her bo was way to high and 02 was low and no one ever came we have been here since 12am and not seen dr yet after his introduction amd it's 6 45am now
We took my mom there, she was apparently sepsis. They had her wait over 5 hours in the er before they even got started on an IV with antibiotics. They did her bloodwork as soon as she arrived. She finally was in a room on the 3rd floor 13 hours later. We were told that antibiotics had about a 50 percent chance of working. If not she would need surgery. The antibiotics didn’t work and unfortunately she had emergency surgery, sadly she passed away after the surgery. My problem is, why did it take them 5 hours to either read he... read more
They lied in my charts after my ER visit.
This place is worst place to bring people they put us in a utility room for a hour NO Dr showed up..so I left..so when ask for a manager number everyone look like I was speaking a different language..You need upgrade your services
