Would like to thank you for helping me in my progress on losing weight and maintaining my new weight as I continue to lose more lbs. To reach my goal. I have lost a good number of lbs for starting the program. Im wanting to lost another 70 lbs and at this rate, I should be able to reach my goal and maintain my new weight.
