I had very disappointing experience with Dr. Susan Park. During my first consultation, she and her sales person assured me that she could straighten and align my teeth. However, throughout the treatment, my concerns were ignored, and the results did not meet my expectations. Even during the refinement stage, she did not listen to me or properly address my issues.
