They shouldn't ask people to put a 250.00 hold on a house before they do a check on them, then they will hold your money for 30 days before you get it back... They should just take app fees then ask for the 250.00 to be paid in 24hrs if approved you hold people money like they have that money to spare. The company should use better practices. As quick as they take the money they should return it just the same. It doesn't take long to do that.
Rip off. They take your money. Do not give this company a hold fee! Hold fee was $250.00 Plus $45.00 tax. Summited on a Saturday! Had a answer on Sunday! Declined because they went back 25 years on a background check.. Who does that? They are not able to tell you why your declined. So the you have to call the credit company that can't tell you either. On hold for a hour of my life for them to Waste my time.
SCAM... run.
Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with.
