I have lived in their apts in El Cajon for 5 years and they have seemingly become worse and worse! Neither the "on-site" manager at our complex nor the property management itself seems to be all that responsive when there is an issue. Their only concern is making the apts outside appearance nice and collecting rent. It might be cheap but in my opinion, it is so not worth the inconsideration when your a paying tenant

Please find another company that is more local for pest control then you already have here are 2 resouces for you to check out 1.Fairway Pest control/Escondido 1-858-274-2118and they also do bees to and rodents2.Bedini Bee/pest control-off of Point Loma Ave, San Diego and they do also bees and rodents number is1-619-269-8923 and these are more local then the one you have already. So please when do new contracts in future check these out thanks
This property management is horrible, they are completely unresponsive to their tenants. A tree branch feel on someones car and when the tenants tried to contact this management company, they ignored her calls and refuses to pay for the damage.
