Will not be filing taxes again with this office next year. They failed to call me for my scheduled meeting, and didn't "recieve" important tax documents I had for sure sent over. There's clearly an inner circle of "progress" that you are either in or are not. Not impressed.
Bad experiences.
I am using their service for last two years tax return (Jonid for 2022 and Lisa for 2023) and very satisfied by their services and expertise. Highly recommend for investors or small business owners.
I've been with Jonid's team for many years. They always take care of every concern, and even though my business is small, they never make me feel like it's small. They are meticulous in their accounting and save me a lot of money.
Wow! Can't believe the legal actions that had to be taken against Jonid and even suspended his CPA license for 6 months... hard to believe such a fall from grace was even possible. Would not be trusting this place with a single cent of my money!
