2024: Vardha Azam did my tax return and very amazing service. Not only she did the tax, but also clearly explained the process to us. I am using their service for last two years tax return (Jonid for 2022 and Lisa for 2023) and very satisfied by their services and expertise. Highly recommend for investors or small business owners.
Will not be filing taxes again with this office next year. They failed to call me for my scheduled meeting, and didn't "recieve" important tax documents I had for sure sent over. There's clearly an inner circle of "progress" that you are either in or are not. Not impressed.
