10 minutes tops to get all set for work here. Vwry helpful staff and HUGE! Selection, better than Marks. Will definitely be going back.
Worst customer service ever, owner very rude, gets mad because you don’t like the item and decided not to buy the item, owner decided to kick us out instead. Never shopping here 😡
Be aware that this store does not offer refunds — only exchanges — and they do not inform customers of this policy before purchase. As far as I know, this may violate consumer rights. I bought a pair of shoes that didn’t fit. They refused to refund me but allowed an exchange for another model. Unfortunately, the second pair was also uncomfortable and caused blisters. Been years since I have been there, the staff were very polite and friendly, awesome store, I have been buying boots there for over 60 years.
Awesome towards there customers and always working with a smile. And always a good deal on nice cloths and their always willing to help u find what u need great place
