The crew at Progress Builders excelled in all phases of our kitchen re model. From the start we were impressed with the attention to detail and the commitment to producing a quality finished product. All aspects of the project, plumbing, electrical, drywall, flooring, tiling, and lighting were all handled in a professional manner. Owner Chris Munchka is not only a cheap slumlord who will leave you with repairs that need to be done, but is also verbally abusive. He sent another tenant very nasty, childish emails calling her vulgar names, talking about her children, and threatening her, all because she just wanted a leak fixed that he refused to do, even though he is required to by law. I have been in construction-related industries for most of the past 45 years, and I consider Progress Builders the best contractor I have dealt with, by far! They handled every issue that popped up with our very complex kitchen remodel promptly and professionally. They were exceptionally fair with understanding and applying the scope that was included in the lump sum, whether explictly specified anywhere or not, and were also exceptionally fair - and reasonable - with the scope that were clearly contract extras.
