I personally think that progreso is a good place to visit and shop I go aleast two times a year,and there are different cultures that visit.I like it Wil be there in September

Surprisingly safe! Wouldn't recommend going alone (especially if you're a female) but no one really bothered us. It was an awesome day trip to another country :)
