We have used this company for interior and exterior window cleaning for years. Unfortunately, after multiple incidents involving damaged blinds, I can no longer recommend them. If I could give negative stars I would! The first documented issue occurred in 2024. The same thing happened again in fall 2025, and then once more on June 2, 2026. After the 2025 incident, I worked with Clint Coronado, the president, to have replacement blinds installed. are used daily without issue! If he had a problem with their overall quality or poor installation, he would've mentioned it back in 2024! Not after the third instance a year and a half later! When I expressed my dissatisfaction, Clint responded with an email that included (also provided photos below) "This was our mistake, we should have never offered to order and replace these ourselves.
