Untrustworthy. I hired Richard to complete a basement bathroom. He made quick progress for the first few weeks, and I paid him promptly for the work that was completed. But for the past TWO YEARS since then, he kept telling me he would come by to finish. The toilet isn't attached to the floor. The sink countertop is not attached to the vanity cabinet. Crook! Fraud! Richard the business owner came to our home and bid on our deck. We paid him over half upfront. At first, his crew was fast and efficient so there was no reason to suspect he was a fraud. They quickly took down our old deck. Because the crew was so fast we paid the rest of the contracted amount. It has been 6 months and he hasn't sent another crew to build the deck or finish the project. He stole the 6000$ we paid him. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!
