I contacted Josh to do a pre-purchase inspection on a fifth wheel I was interested in purchasing. I was out of state and wanted an accurate representation of the condition prior to traveling to look at it. Josh did a great job on the inspection, sent multiple photos of everything (even very minor things) that he identified, and spent about half an hour on the phone with me going over everything. He did a great job on the inspection and it made me confident in purchasing.
Josh is professional, courteous, timely and kept us informed during our entire repair process. Parts had to be ordered for our slide out repair and Josh kept us well informed as to delivery and when he would get our unit repaired.
