The team at ProForm is absolutely amazing! Everyone is friendly, kind and helpful! Dr. Nick is the best! He is super knowledgeable and you can tell he really loves his work. I would definitely recommend ProForm to everyone!

Unbelievable staff and facility. Great experience. I honestly cannot say enough about this place and the staff. Chad is unbelievable... He has helped me through several injuries - he has helped me get back to where I need to be! Oh, and can't forget about Mackenzie!!! Just such an accommodating staff! I live in Nashua and make the drive down! Totally worth it! If you're struggling with an injury, or need prehab or rehab, go see the best of the best!!!
ProForm offers a great PT experience, but their expertise is only one facet of their success; Chad and his team create a welcoming atmosphere that actually makes the hard work of PT fun. A big thank you to Chad, Nick, Mackenzie, Michaela, Sarah, and Tayler for helping my ankle recover from surgery, and letting me be a part of the family!

I came into PT thinking I was wasting my time and would be headed for surgery... today I'm happy to report that thanks to Chad and team I'm on the road to recovery with no scalpel in sight! If you're looking for a knowledgeable, PT who goes above and beyond for his patients check out ProForm and Chad. You won't be let down.
The best PT I have ever experienced. I am not pain free, more flexible and will go to Chad at the first sign of any pain or tightness. He and his staff are professional and nice; organized and so current with treatment and exercise. I recommend completely. Don't live a life in pain anymore? Physical therapy is the key.
