We were concerned about our ornamental cherry tree, which had multiple dead branches, and we were pretty sure it was nearing the end of its life. I contacted Proforestree and they sent Malcolm out the next day. He was lovely and talked me through exactly what he saw and the pruning our tree needed. Joel and his team were professional, efficient and came last minute to handle a complicated broken branch which risked property damage to our neighbours shed. They were able to remove the broken branch without any damage and did so on a rush basis. I would recommend Proforestree to anyone!
Joel and the team are amazing. We live in Leslieville and had a large border tree that was an imminent hazard causing damage to a fence. Needed to be fully removed quickly. They sent an arborist out to check out the property right away, handled everything with the city, coordinated the approvals and even connected us with a professional stump grinding service that came the same day immediately after the tree came down.
