I have been attending ProForce for around 5 years and every year I go back, I keep falling in love with it. I feel faster and stronger every week I’m there. The atmosphere is so welcoming and inviting, it’s like coming home every summer. If you are looking for something unique and exciting, this is the place for you. The trainers there know EXACTLY what they are doing to make you the best athlete in your sport.
After 5 weeks of training here. I have gained 10 yards of distance off the tee and 5 yards with my irons.
I've been training here for almost six months with coach Ruth, and all of the coaches are just awesome. They're super friendly and easy to talk to, so it's simple to ask questions. They're also really flexible, always adjusting to what I need. What's cool is how dedicated they are: if they don't know something, they'll actually do their homework and learn to make sure I'm totally ready for my goals. I can say that it has been a great expreience
