My son Kason Sledge since signing up has almost gone everyday. He loves the atmosphere and the coaching. Highly recommend this for anyone seeking to gain improvements.
Was waiting for a month or so to go by to leave a review. Overall just a phenomenal group of guys training these athletes. Patient but demanding, if you want to build an awesome foundation to sports, this is the place.

Ryan and Casey at Acceleration Milford have been nothing but magnificent in terms of their work ethic and client outreach. Since I have been working out there, I have seen massive gains in my power and speed that translates to on the field preformance. Both trainers also make an effort to build relationships with parents.
