This place is fantastic! The coaches are great; they did an incredible job. My son enjoyed every day and improved a lot. Thank you, Casey, and the rest of the guys! We will definitely be back!

We love the training at Athletes Acceleration Milford! All of the trainers work so well with my daughter and she is making progress every week.
The coaches do a great job of paying attention to every athlete. My daughter struggles with having correct form when doing strength training exercises and the coaches really guide her and help her learn the proper form. They build her up mentally when champion her when she’s met a goal. She’s been increasing her weights lately and her running form (&speed) has definitely improved as well! This session was well worth it!
I signed my daughter up during her off season for cheer and have been super pleased! She’s been pushed to keep upping her athleticism and building muscle, which is what our goal was for the off season. The community vibe and instant feelings of acceptance within the groups is probably my favorite thing. We’ve joined other places where you sometimes feel like an outsider, and that has never ever been the case here.
