I regret getting pulled into this scam. It’s the most expensive pest control I’ve ever had. And they do the least amount around the home. Told me if I ever see issues inside to call and someone would come out and take care of the problem. Well apparently the package I have doesn’t even cover the inside of my home. Found out after I signed on with them. I see a lot more bugs now than before I even signed up with proforce. Victor Alexander did a great job, he was attentive to our needs and did a thorough job, as well as gave us guidance on what to do in the interim to keep the insects out.
Excessively knocking and ringing your door bell is the WORST sales model.. in the middle of important work meetings I had to mute just because the knocking and ringing would not stop. My toddler luckily was napping elsewhere. Would never use them for their inappropriate approach.
AS ALWAYS, THE JOB WAS WELL DONE.
