I have tried many different types of gyms throughout my life and I’ve always looked for and wanted a place that not only had knowledgeable instructors to help me reach my strength training goals but also that provided a community feel with people who equally push me and encourage me throughout the process. Proforce has provided me with that community along with an awesome workout. I hate missing a workout! Maybe you will be like me and come for a free trial week and end up staying after you see how great it is!
I have always enjoyed working out. I have gone to multiple places, Delnor Fitness, Orange Theory, Pilates studios, Pure Barre, another strength training facility, and yoga studios. ProForce by far exceeds all of my fitness needs. Not only is the community amazing but the owner is a gem. The attention to detail just to ensure you are truly functional and moving accurately is everything you want in a personal trainer.
