This is the best workout place they always have the funky remixes playing and it makes me want to bench press 800 pounds. Chris is amazing is a gentle giant who loves the grind. dude knows his stuff. Next this place has 115 pound dumbbells for gorillas like me that curl those for reps. Love pro force with all of my heart
I have tried many different types of gyms throughout my life and I’ve always looked for and wanted a place that not only had knowledgeable instructors to help me reach my strength training goals but also that provided a community feel with people who equally push me and encourage me throughout the process. Proforce has provided me with that community along with an awesome workout. I hate missing a workout! Maybe you will be like me and come for a free trial week and end up staying after you see how great it is!
I have always enjoyed working out. I have gone to multiple places, Delnor Fitness, Orange Theory, Pilates studios, Pure Barre, another strength training facility, and yoga studios. ProForce by far exceeds all of my fitness needs. Not only is the community amazing but the owner is a gem.
