John did a fantastic job identifying where a leak in our ceiling was coming from (steam heat pipe in the wall), then fixing it. He communicated clearly about what was needed and kept us updated as the repair progressed. His rates were very reasonable too. We will definitely hire him for other plumbing projects!

John is great! I found his page while looking for a new plumber. Sadly, our schedules didn’t work out for him to come out, but he was so nice to give me a recommendation and stay in touch. Proflow and John are the real deal. Excellent communication and top notch service. John went above and beyond to make sure our new heat pump hot water heater was working flawlessly before signing off. Highly recommend and will certainly work more with proflow in the future.
