John was fantastic. He responded immediately and he did not charge for the visit. He was at my house within 20 minutes of me calling him. He gave me a fair price for the shower repair and went to Home Depot to pick up the parts that were needed. The problem was resolved within 2 hours of me calling John and he charged a very fair price. I’m veey happy with his service! I will be calling John for all of my future plumbing needs. Thanks John!

John did an excellent job creating an outflow junction in our home sewage outlet for the condenser of our newly installed heating and ac unit. I thought it was gonna take awhile and be a mess due to the complications of our basement setup but it looks great and he made it seem easy.

I had a gas water heater installed by John from ProFlow Plumbing and Heating to replace one that I’ve had for about 18 years. I never drained my water heater as I should have in the entire 18 years and unfortunately the drain valve was clogged with a significant accumulation of mineral deposits (scale), sediment and sludge, which made it impossible to drain the water heater through the drain valve.
