Had a slow draining tub in my rental property. Proflow answered my call right away. The were even able to squeeze me in before my appointment time. Brad was nice and professional. We will be calling ProFlow for any future problems.

Brad came out last Spring to diagnose out 2nd bath drain that was not draining. He found some roots in the line, cleaned them out, and charged a very reasonable fee. A few days ago, on a Saturday, the problem started again so I called Brad to come out "sometime next week". By Sunday the problem worsened and drains would not drain. I called Brad and he made arrangements to come that afternoon, found more roots and left a can of root killer with instructions.
