I needed help in a hurry for a staff member in a different city. Profleet was quick to take care of it but then after the work was done couldn't do tax free, and said it would have to be processed next week. I then asked if I would pay at that point and he said if "you want to drive it today you have to pay today." Then I asked how I would get refunded our money to which he had no answer. James was a wonderful mechanic who came all the way to come fix my husband car! I was so thrilled that he took the time out of his busy schedule to make sure that things were done! He stay 2 hours to make sure that my husband vehicle was working properly! I gave this man a 5 star I will recommend anyone to go to this mechanic because he is affordable and reliable!
