I absolutely cannot understand why they don’t have a 5 star rating! Why you ask? Because they aren’t money grubbing jerks, that’s why. My son broke off the plug to his oil pan while changing his oil. He’s 20 and not much experience with cars. He just happened to reach out to James with ProFleet and explained what happened. Without hesitation, James told him what to do and didn’t insist on coming over just to make a quick buck. So why am I leaving a review? Because I would have had to pay the bill. I needed help in a hurry for a staff member in a different city. Profleet was quick to take care of it but then after the work was done couldn't do tax free, and said it would have to be processed next week. I then asked if I would pay at that point and he said if "you want to drive it today you have to pay today." Then I asked how I would get refunded our money to which he had no answer. Completely unreasonable. Their response below is a lie. They were provided with the tax exempt form on the day of the service (see second ... read more
