I honestly thought I was going to get ripped off calling for an emergency drain cleaning on a Saturday night when the guest toilet started overflowing onto the rug. I called Profix to replace an old kitchen faucet. Josh scheduled an appointment for the next day. He was on time, which is important to me. He replaced my faucet at a very reasonable charge. Definitely will call him again . Great service.

The kitchen sink was backed up to the point where I couldn't even run the dishwasher without it bubbling up into the basin. Greg was incredibly accommodating over the phone and managed to squeeze me into the schedule for a drain cleaning before the backup got any worse. Honestly I thought I was going to be dealing with a flooded garage all day because finding someone to drive out to Long Beach on a moments notice is usually a total fail. Alex was the one who actually made it happen the same day and he was super cool about the whole situation even though I was definitely stressing out. He got the leak under control and didn't even mind that my dogs were barking their heads off the entire time he was working.
