Brought my truck to have motor replaced 9/19/2024 Corey said it would be two days and I would have my truck so I paid up front. Didn’t hear from him and wouldn’t reply to messages so when I finally got in touch with him he kept giving me the run around and trying to charge me for this and that in the process of him replacing my wiring harness he burnt up the ecm in my truck and didn’t replace it stole the hub caps off my truck and even small interior pieces and the brand new battery that was previously put in the truck prior... read more

On Monday, 8/5/24 @ 10:30 pm I became stranded 26 miles west of Anniston due to a water pump. State Farm could not find roadside assistance after an hour. So I called and got one guy to tow my vehicle. He took me to Profix then dropped me off at a hotel a few miles away. Profix had my vehicle running perfectly by 3 pm the next day! I highly recommend this shop. They are intelligent, motivated and highly skilled!
