This doctor is amazing. The attention to his Patients is second to none. I am blessed to have found him and hia staff.
I read all the reviews for the office prior to my first visit as a new patient, unfortunately I didn't received the same level of professionalism as I would hope. Immediately when I walked in I was verbally accosted by the receptionist (BANESSA CASTRO), who first words to me was ''WHO ARE YOU''. I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth pulled, Dr. C was super kind and made me feel comfortable during the whole procedure. Trying to get my brother to come in to see him for his wisdom teeth as well.
Dr. Charles makes his clients feel so comfortable and safe. I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to dentists but he changed everything for me. I got all 4 of my wisdom teeth and I had a speedy and comfortable recovery. Highly recommend Dr Charles!!
I used Dr Charles to take out a lower infected tooth. He did a great job and was personable and easy to talk to. I would recommend to anyone.
