It was a very good experience from start to finish. From the consultation to the actual procedure Dr. Charles did it well!
My overall experience was great. I scheduled one appointment and they explained to the procedure and the best approach for me. I ended up getting all four of my wisdom teeth removed the next appointment. Everything went smoothly with virtually no pain until after I woke up from the removal of my teeth. It took me a while before I had recovered from the whole thing but, that's because my recovery time for healing is usually pretty slow. Overall, this is a great office with kind people w
The doctor removed my crown, without a dental assistant there in a consultation room. Once my crown was removed he asked me to move to another room?very uncomfortable situation. Then mid extraction the doctor states he did not see several things in the panoramic x-ray taken in his office earlier that week so had to improvise. They all leave me alone in this room with tools in my mouth to scramble for a tool they were missing. I was petrified and had to keep calm. Awful experience. Rude staff.
Very attentive and made my daughter feel at ease! The entire staff is great and accommodating!! Will not hesitate to bring my younger daughter her.
He was very nice and played great music before I went under. I highly recommend him!!!! - His staff was exceptional as well:) Comforting my nerves and guiding me through the steps.
