I had my hair trimmed at this salon a week ago. Is it typical protocol for your hair to be shampooed only once, especially when it had alot of product on it? This is the first salon I have gone to that only shampoos your hair once. Poor business ethic.

I walked over to the profiles hair and nail salon yesterday ( 3/13/24 ) during business hours around 1:30 PM and they were closed. I called and left a message in hopes of setting up an appointment. The next day at about 10:00 AM - 10:30 AM, I went back to see if I could set up an appointment or if they had any availability. Upon entering I was greeted by nobody. I stood for a second waiting and when I reached to put hand sanitizer on the woman cutting hair asked if I needed help. I thought this was offensive as nobody greete... read more
