I went to Cathi yesterday and the experience was wonderful. I had a Swedish massage and facial and got more than my money's worth. Full 1 hour massage and full 50 minute facial. Cathi made me feel very welcomed and completely pampered. I cannot wait to go back and have already scheduled my next appointment.
Absolutely wonderful service done by Jody for permanent makeup. I recently got new eyebrows. (They're gorgeous if I do say so myself!) Jody takes the time to explain everything and also suggests and helps you make the decisions of color and thickness, etc. She is truly an artist. She is meticulous and while she was working on my eyebrows, I felt like I was in the hands of a true craftsman -- I felt confident knowing that all was going to be well and I would be pleased with the results. Extremely poor service in massage by Cathi. I personally have tried many massages in 5-star hotels and been to massage spa locally. This one Profile 60 minutes-massage is by far the worst one. Not only Cathy did not give me a full 60 minutes (only massaged me for 45 minutes which I had paid for 60 minutes), but also she seemed to be in a hurry. It is not professional.
