Tiffany helped me during a difficult transition in my life. I was struggling to maintain healthy habits and coming off a medication that had caused weight gain. She helped keep me accountable week to week as I rebuilt healthy routines. Over the course of 6 months I lost around 45lbs. More importantly, I created a change of mindset and lifestyle that was needed.
I just started ordering food off of her website. She took the time to tell my which foods had gluten in them since I have Celiac disease. The meals are great for work because they are shelf stable and don't need refrigeration. They are healthy and taste good too!
Tiffany is authentic, real and totally knows her stuff!! My favorite thing about her approach is very adaptable to your every day, real life. Meal plans and suggestions are amazing because she highlights foods we can get locally!! I can go on!!
