I have 30 lbs to lose and lost 8 lbs in the first 5 days and after 12 days when I meet back with my coach again I had lost 10 lbs total since I started. The bars and shakes are very tasty and their are so many ways to organize your diet plan and switch stuff around based on your typical lifestyle which makes it easier to do. The coaches are very knowledgeable and fun to check in with. I always had a hard time staying on diet plans before but this one is easier. So far, I am loving the plan and the results!
