Dr Chad’s staff made us an appointment with him, not understanding what my need was. Dr Chad understood immediately that while he could not help us, he would find the person we needed, get us the information & we could proceed from there. Now that is excellent customer service!
Always a very pleasant experience when going in for an eye checkup.
My family has been seeing Dr. Docker at Southwest Eye Care for years, and we have always been happy with our experience. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and punctual. Dr. Docktor has been kind and patient with me and my children. I would recommend both the clinic and the doctor to others.
The office personal were courteous and helpful. The doctor was able to relieve my concerns for a eye issue which could have been serious, but after a thorough exam, turned out to not be. I was able to get an appointment quickly and that also helped reduce the stress.
