My son felt the doctor was gruff and impersonal. He did not have a positive experience. The staff ran the insurance incorrectly and told us we weren't covered and would have to pay and be reimbursed. I called and she reran it and apologized for their error. Incredibly frustrating. I had used Southwest eye care in Mound for over 20 years.
