I started my Profile journey in February just prior to the shut-down and shelter in place due to the COVID 19 pandemic. From the beginning my meetings with my coach, Carolyn Rogers have been filled with encouragement and support. We have continued to meet virtually during this very uncertain time. My experience at Profile Walnut Creek was excellent. The facility is clean and bright, and the parking was easy. The staff was well informed and responsive. My weight reduction program was successful, and they taught me the techniques to maintain my weight as I have over 9 months. I highly recommend this program.
The new Walnut Creek location in the Orchards is a really nice facility with great health coaches. I've met with Wes, Jordan and Carolyn and everyone is super friendly and knowledgeable, They make you feel at home and welcome while being very professional throughout the coaching sessions. The food selections I've had have all been surprisingly tasty for "diet" food and I'm on track to losing the weight I set out to. Highly recommend checking out this new office and meeting with the friendly staff!
