Very inflexible, I change my appointment with four days notice, they wanted to charge me $100 to rebook an appointment that I had not even had yet.
I can not speak highly enough about Dr Wholley, his staff and clinics. As a 30 year old getting braces it's quite a daunting process but Dr Wholley was incredibly accommodating and regularly reassuring throughout my 2.5 years. Thoroughly recommend.
I just have to say their reception staff on the phone are wery unfriendly and without manners. They are not polite at all.
Dr.wholley has been our family doctor for 10 years, he has shown us how a professional doctor can be, skilled, reliable, trustworthy and very caring . His honesty is a rare to find these days, we are so grateful and very blessed to have such amazing orthodontist like him, I will always remember him and recommend him to everyone in Australia not just Perth .
