Made an appointment at 11 AM. They did not get to us until Noon. Two manicures two pedicures one is a gel. It’s been less than an hour and the gel on the big toes is already peeling off. Do not recommend if you want a good pedicure manicure, but the massage was great
So unfortunate to have a second poor experience. I thought the first time was a fluke, sadly not so. When removing the gel polish, no solvent was used, only the grinder. The lady was so kind, but grounded the polish so much it took top layer of nail to the point of sensitivity. Ended up with no polish for fear that it might cause an infection. I love this spa so much, but unfortunately after two similar instances will need to look elsewhere. It should not be painful to treat yourself to a pedicure.
