I was referred to this company by my insurance provider. I scheduled an appointment with Juan, who was supposed to meet with my insurance adjuster. On the day of the appointment, he called to cancel and said he wouldn’t be able to make it. Since then, I have reached out multiple times but have not received any response. Unfortunately, my experience with communication and follow-up has been disappointing.”
This is my 2nd roof replacement with Proficient and both experiences have been great. Juan Tapia and his crew go above and beyond to take care of the customer. Highly recommend!
I would highly recommend this company. When we had a storm in Feb of 2022, many roofing companies contacted us. I found this company online and been so glad that we chose them from all of the companies. Antonio's professionalism and honesty won us over. He was upfront about all costs and expectations and walked us through everything we needed to do.
