Horrid! Never go see this doctor, do not let anyone you care about anywhere near him.
I really like Dr. P. He has really good bedside manner. He comes across as genuine and he is thorough. He takes the time to explain things. I believe he genuinely tries to deliver as many of his patients babies as possible too. He’s really a stand up guy.

I have been visiting Dr. Proffitt since September 2018. After pregnancy issues of 4 years, I finally found him. He is an amazing doctor and a good listener. He is very straight to the point and explains what’s going on very clearly. I m finally pregnant and I m so glad I chose him as my doctor.
Dr. Proffitt is an amazing doctor. He took the time to listen to all our questions and was great at explaining everything. My husband and I had to go through IVF to get pregnant, so we had a lot of questions about having a baby. Dr. Proffitt was excellent at being honest with us and putting our minds at ease. He is a top-notch doctor.
Dr. Proffitt is one of the most genuinely kind physicians I've ever met. He makes you feel comfortable and well cared for and I cannot recommend him highly enough. His bedside manner and patient teaching are top notch. He truly cares for the people he treats as individuals.
This guy is horrible. I wish there was an option to give negative stars. He didn't list to me at all, kept talking to me about stuff that I didn't ask about. So he filed a claim for the stuff I didn't ask about, now I'm getting billed for it. This guy is not caring or compassionate. Typical male, doesn't listen, only hears what he wants to. If he is going to be in a profession where he deals with women everyday, he needs to learn to get a clue and listen. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!
Dr. Proffitt is the best doctor I've ever been under the care of. He demonstrates an unsurmounted level of compassion and understanding. His willingness to take the time to make sure we understood all of our options (from sonograms to NICU care) was beyond appreciated. He delivered my son, who decided to come six and a half weeks early, and did am amazing job. He was recommended to me by a close friend and I will continue to forward that recommendation.
