Dr O'Connor delivered my son, Nick, by caesarian 37 years ago in St George hospital. I regularly think about that night and how grateful I was to have him look after me. I was 39 at the time. This week my son gave birth to his second child, Louie, and it was just another reminder of how fortunate I was to have Dr O'Connor looking after us both back then.
