I love dr Schwarz office, the staff are always accommodating and helpful. The front desk especially are always a huge help!!!! The way they deal with the patients they always pay attention to my needs, very kind, and always efficient.

Every staff/provider in this office is unprofessional, condescending, and disrespectful towards their patients. They interrupt, speak to patients as if they are inferior, and do not honor their appointment times. I arrived to my appointment 20 minutes early and was not seen until 50 minutes after my appointment time, so I waited in the office for over an hour. Not the same and the beverly hills office staff is very rude and unprofessional. I enjoyed seeing the real Dr. Schwarz when his office was located in Culver City and the girls were much nicer there. All the Beverly hills staff cares about is their jobs not the patients. I am thinking about reporting this office to Global Care and filing a grievance for Dr. Schwarz incompetent front office staff, echocardiogram techs and scheduling staff giving me the run around on appointments. I’ve had a really frustrating experience with this office. My appointments are constantly being changed, even after they’ve already been scheduled. It’s difficult to keep adjusting my schedule, especially when I have work and can’t just leave whenever they ask. Most recently, my appointment time was changed, and then on the day of, I was asked to come in even earlier or reschedule a month out. That’s not reasonable.
