This office is incompetent to the max. My husband was told in June that he needed an (urgent) angiogram. For weeks and weeks, nobody bothered to return our phone calls. When we finally managed to get someone one the phone, we were scheduled for October. When we arrived at the hospital for the angiogram, we were told that we weren't on the schedule and the doctor had already left after his one procedure he had today (at 7:45am). I love dr Schwarz office, the staff are always accommodating and helpful. The front desk especially are always a huge help!!!! The way they deal with the patients they always pay attention to my needs, very kind, and always efficient.

Not the same and the beverly hills office staff is very rude and unprofessional. I enjoyed seeing the real Dr. Schwarz when his office was located in Culver City and the girls were much nicer there. All the Beverly hills staff cares about is their jobs not the patients. I am thinking about reporting this office to Global Care and filing a grievance for Dr. Schwarz incompetent front office staff, echocardiogram techs and scheduling staff giving me the run around on appointments. Manager in Murrieta office refused to book appointment for patient Dr Swartz requested to be seen immidialetly. She yelled at me and cancelled all communications to the nurse and Dr Swartz.Rebecca Cruz , management is making Medical Decisions on behalf of Dr Swartz. I contacted Beverly Hills office twice and explained situation. No one got back to me as promised. Patient ended up in Emergency room that same day.I have the upmost respect for Dr Swartz . I came in today with a family member I am taking care of expecting their 10 AM apt to be ready, we arrived around 8:30 (yes a little early but it’s better than being stuck in traffic) get to the office and walk up tot the three receptionists, no greeting or hello just “name and date of birth” off the bat that’s rude to begin with, I give them what they ask for and mention “yeah I’m sorry we came early we’re coming from far but their appointment is at 10 AM” as I look DIRECTLY AT THE PAPER GIVEN TO US BY THESE EXACT RECEPTION... read more
