Eric was very friendly, knowlegable and accommodating to my particular situation. I needed a new track for my vertical levelor blinds as the drawstring mechanism was no longer working correctly on the existing track. One section of track needed to be replaced which abutted to a second track. I could no longer draw open the blinds fully to the one side.
