Mine (22) and my partners (23) experience with professionals for our first rental was disgraceful. We were approved for a house with faulty door handles and we were constantly being locked inside rooms all the time. My pregnant girlfriend was once locked in a room for over 4 hours balling her eyes out in the middle of fire season. I initially got four appraisals for my property and the range between the lowest and the highest was about 200k. Although of course price was a factor in my choice, Paul and Kate from The Professionals in Wagga Impressed me in terms of their wealth of experience, professionalism and excellent communication skills.
