We would like to sincerely thank Jeff for helping us find a property that ticked all the boxes we were looking for. From the very first inspection through to settlement, Jeff was exceptional to deal with. His professionalism, honesty, and attention to detail made the entire process smooth and stress-free. honestly can’t recommend these guys enough. I rented a property through them, and Brooke Schmidtke was, without a doubt, one of the best property managers I’ve dealt with. She was always prompt, professional, and very friendly in all correspondence. At times when renting, you can feel like just another number, but that was never my experience here. I was always treated with respect and genuine care. It’s disappointing that I had to move due to changes in work commitments, but I’m very grateful for the experience. Thank yo... read more

I recently purchased a property through Stephen Cone and Zac Lucas. They were both fantastic to deal with throughout the purchase. Very professional, accommodating and incredibly helpful in organising inspections and additional viewings to ensure I felt completely confident before submitting my offer. Their approach made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Would happily recommend them to anyone looking to purchase or sell.

What a pleasure it was to rent recently with Vertello’s super Property Manager Alison Frawley. My emails were answered daily (usually 4 hours); sub-contractors arranged, arrived on time and knew what they were doing. Nothing was too hard and Alison is extremely efficient, but also absolutely lovely. She ensured my needs were met and the owners needs addressed also. Best Property Manager yet !! If you rent, hope you get Alison - your renting days will be so much easier.

We had been approached by a number of agents to sell our property. However, we always intended to sell with Jeff Sturgess - we were very comfortable with his style, knowledge of the market, previous successes and we could trust him to get us the best result. We followed Jeff‘s recommendation to list the property for auction. His communication style is excellent and we were so pleased with the outcome - selling the property prior to auction knowing that Jeff worked all angles to get us the best price.
