unproffessionals - bought a house with a tennant, - the tennant had painted walls very poorly with no primer needing full repaint - the tennant had drilled holes all over the house, some of them through both walls to the outside real estate agent says this is all normal wear and tear and doesnt take any bond or even consult us before releasing the bond despite the fact they were technically our tennants after the purchase joke real estate, laughable outcome, definitely would avoid these clowns
